So, I reread the letter out visa office sent my wife and I, from what this letter says wife just has to complete the medical exam and show proof. There is nothing about it getting assessed. So am I right to assume that we just need to complete it. I sent an email to our visa office just waiting to hear back. This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order to continue processing the application, we require the following:
Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination. You are required to disclose your pregnancy to Panel Physician, who then shall confirm the EDD in his assessment.
Prepaid courier coupon to facilitate the return of your documents.
Valid passport or travel document
Should we not receive the above documents or information within 90 days of the date of this letter we will assume that you are no longer interested in admission to Canada and will proceed accordingly with the refusal of your application.
Please note that we do not acknowledge the receipt of correspondence. You should ensure that your response to this letter is sent by secure means given the sometimes unreliable nature of postal facilities in the region. We will resume the processing of your application on receipt of the required documents or information. You will then be notified once all requirements have been met. Sincerely
