I applied years ago (2014) but have withdrawn it for personal reasons. I applied again this year. Did they keep my old information even though I have withdrawn it? Do they compare your old applications to the new one? Like the medical records/addresses/personal history and etc.
Does ircc compare your old application info to the new one?

Yes, the data comparison happens but you can’t tell what’s been compared and what’s not.
Moreover, it’s not just the comparison between same type of applications, it’s the comparison between all sort of applications (data) submitted and accepted by IRCC by an individual.
Example, your previous TRV file could be compared to your PR file.

btw IRCC likely have all the history of your applications/profile.
Thank you for your response, what do you mean by apply under express entry ? I didn’t get it, the reason I am asking is that the company I worked in has 2 names ( brand and commercial) in my ineligible profile( ineligible because I didn’t put my primary job with 1 year experience), I used the brand name, but when I got my experience letter, they used the commercial name, will they consider this misrepresentation?
