Hi, only if you get your LMIA approved.
Other seniors correct me if I'm wrong.

That is correct, someone on a PGWP would still need to get an LMIA (as well as get a qualifying job offer, which is NOT the same thing as having a job).

In that case should I say no to Valid job offer in my EE profile ?

If you do not have an LMIA, then you would say No to the valid job offer question.

I had the same question - I have been hearing contradicting information about this item - My agent as well as even the Canada visa page is saying you will get 50 points for NOC O, A or B category job offer even without an LMIA - with LMIA you will get 200 points...
fully confused about this one...

The employer's name must be on the work permit in order to get points. If you hold a PGWP - there's no employer name on the work permit so no points.

There are some cases where you can hold a work permit with an employer name on it without getting an LMIA. Two examples are ICT visas and Young Professional visas.

Your agent is wrong and the 200 points is only if it's an NOC 00 job with a valid job offer. Canada Visa or any other CRS calculator is only accurate if your input is accurate.
You need to first understand the definition of a Valid Job Offer in the eyes of CIC - please refer to this http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/offer.asp

Thanks Guys, I see what you mean
