Does IELTS required for LCP visa application?

Hi good day everyone! i'am just curious if IELTS is required for applying visa. I'm living / working here in Dubai. and what are the other requirements aside from that (just in case)? by the way i have my contract already from my employer in canada and still waiting for the approved LMO. i hope somebody here could help me out. Thanks a lot! :)
 
Yes you need IELTS. It will be shown in your LMO stating English proficiency.

A number of the offices use Speak Test for LCPs
