Does getting EI due to laid off affect the PR application?

Please help, I got laid off and I am pregnant, now I am receiving EI and I already got my confirmation of permanent residence (provincial nominee program), I am scared to do the landing or exit the border due to unemployment, does it cause to refusal? does anyone here have the same situation or idea? please help, thank you very much in advance.

Was ur PNP employer sponsored ? Lay off wil not affect ur PR, but do get letter from your company saying they will hire you back after certain months.

I was sponsored by my employer but since i got my work permit I quit there and I work to other company and now I got laid off and I didn't get any letter from my company he just informed me that he will contact me if there is any work schedule for me but it seems impossible because he said I will contact him after my maternity leave and if there's any opportunity available at that time they will still want me back. its hard for me to get hired this time because i am already 5months pregnant.
