I have had scholarship in Ph.D level computer science from University of Manitoba and they rejected me! The only reason of rejection was they were not satisfied that I leave Canada. Don't count a lot on scholarship.

I did extensive research before applying for my visa and followed each and every step to the minutest detail. Of all the things that I have learnt and experienced related to Canadian visa process there are two things that really matter addition to a correct application -
1. That you are a genuine student and are not lying about anything
2. You have enough money to survive in Canada
A scholarship (if sufficient and given from a credible source viz. university or Govt) covers the second point completely. Can you tell me about your profile and history?
Depends on your college as to whether it offers scholarships to international students or not (as Humber does).
check the "international students" section of your college website.
