in the draws so far only the candidates like CEC.. PGWP...ARE BEING PICKED UP...MOREOVER THE NOMINATION PROGRAMME NEEDS CONNECTION TO THEIR PROVINCE TO APPLY OR HAVE HIGH SCORE >400 CRS CRITERIA OR JOB OFFER....WHATS GOING ON GUYS... IT SEEMS THAT CANADA DOESNT WANT TO TAKE ANY CANDIDATE FROM OUTSIDE THEIR PERIPHERY...THEREFORE THIS EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM HAS BEEN LAUNCHED.

what about candidate like us who cant score more than 400 crs ever since incapability in english language and lack of canadian work experience/education...to add up none canadian employers agree to give you employment ...so frustrating..

well u need to read more in this forum there's alot of FSW who were given an invitation to apply. I am one, i have no Canadian work experience and no job offer. it can happen for you just try and maximize on your ilets score. Good luck

definitely your age is low and you are unmarried otherwise getting score 450+ is about impossible

Even married applicants without Canadian work experience can crack 450. Here's how.

CLB 9 on all sections of IELTS - 128
Master's degree - 126
Skills Transferability - 100 (assuming at least 3 years of experience)
Age - 95 (30 years old)

That alone gets the applicant 449 without counting a single point for spouse's language skills or educational qualification let aside French proficiency for PA.

CIC has a simple formula now - A combination of lower age, higher education and superior English skills have been the most important determinants of success among the skilled worker category which is why these attributes have disproportionately higher weights in the CRS calculations.

I wrote "low age" also ;D

I am FSW from outside Canada, without Canadian education and my score is 462...

Here's the breakdown:
Age: 85 (32 years old)
Education: 126 (Master's degree)
Language (English): 125 (IELTS L8.5m R8.0, W7.0, S8.0)
Skill Transferability: 100
Spouse Language: 18
Spouse Education: 8

Already got ITA on April 17th, and it was canceled for incompletion (upload ECA report instead of Degree certificate). I hope to get ITA again in next few draws.

Wish you luck...

How did u get 100 in skill transferability

check the tables - it is obvious... :)

50pts in Language + Education, and 50pts in Language + Foreign work experience... FSW from outside Canada can get pts only in those 2 sections...

Why language is repeating in both section

Actually I am comparing with mine education
Master and more than 5 year work experience so that mean it's 100pts?

it will be 100pts only if your language is CLB9+ in all 4 language skills... If one of them is less than CLB9, then you will get only 2 x 25pts in this section...

How the above person calculating 100 skills while his ilets less than 9

CLB level is not equal to IELTS marks... you have many convertors from IELTS marks to CLB, i personally like this one - http://www.ieltsessentials.com/results/ielts_for_canada.aspx

but there is also one on CIC website:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/language-tool.asp

Exactly my point. U need to be outstanding to score high in ielts n so u all got the invitation. But wat abt us ..... with gud English ..masters but still wes evaluated bachelor.... shud we stop dream in our space in 2015 fsw immigrants to Canada.
