Does Fleming college accept one band 5.5 in IELTS ?

I have heard that Fleming college is giving offer letter to people having one band 5.5 and overall 6.5 is this true ?
Many counsaltacy says that they are agents and they are informed about it , however website says each 6 is required. Plz someone help me .
I have overall 6.5 one module 5.5
Want to apply in Fleming college for WIN Wireless information networking. Should I apply in non sds ? Will I get Visa ? I have 8.38 CGPA (BSC IT) with strong financial support
 
Write a email to the college and ask them directly, telling that your would like to apply but want to know is that module of 5.5 would be a issue or not.

It's Christmas time , they aren't replying . Already mailed them . But if they give admission , will it be visa issue ?

Normally the program you are applying for lets you know the requirements.

Low IELTS scores (which you have) are just one reason for a refusal. No one can tell you definitively if you will be approved or not. All depends on past education, career progression, funds etc. So yes, you could be refused a visa for low IELTs scores.

For Non-SDS, you don’t need IELTS.
 
What if I say I have a strong financial support.
I will show all documents
My 2 year ITR
Fds
6 months old fund
Properties ( dad )
GIC

Also I have strong academic
BSC IT ( 2020) 8.38 CGPA. No backlogs and want to take Networking course which comes in IT only .

So now what is my visa success rate ?
