Hi, I currently work with money mart as FSR. I checked with one of the agents and they say it would fall under teer 3. Although, they haven't met any client with the same case, so I am not satisfied with their answer. I think consulting an agent would work. Keep me updated as well.

So I just got a job and be starting next month. Since, I am not into this already, I need a clarity on the duties performed by FSR in money mart. I know everything about money mart and the services they provide.
I want to be specific about duties that FSR provide in money mart. Anyone? It will be helpful to further discuss it with counselor.
