Does Educational Assessment expire if more than 10 years old?

I applied for Canadian immigration more than 10 years ago. I got approval for degree evaluation from Canadian engineering organization as well.

Now I want to apply for immigration again. Since it has been a long time ( > 10 years), do I need to get degree evaluation done once again?

Yes it expires, CIC only considers the ECA that is less than 5 years old.
