Does driving under suspended license arrest affect getting express entry PR

Thanks a lot. I have already done ECA for all my degrees. My ECA for HND equivalency is "two years diploma". However, in EE profile, CIC asks for dates on transcript thats why i got confused with 2 or 3 years things but your point is very valid. Also, my HND and secondary school is before 10 years and i have only mentioned Masters in my EE profile to avoid confusion with my HND as i am getting max points for Masters. So post ITA, they ask for only 10 years personal history, which means i will not be able to list my secondary school and HND anywhere. Am i right?

Yes, you are relieved from detailing the personal account of your early college days that were more than 10 years ago your personal history. In your EE profile, you can omit it too as well as any non-relevant work experience that doesn't count for you or you don't wish to prove. However, after being invited to apply, you are supposed to list all your post secondary education whether a degree was attained or you dropped out as well as all work experience in the past 10 years regardless of what it was and any self-employed work/business. You will be required to prove what you have listed under your EE profile as the rest can be simply explained away in a LOE.
