Does CRB and CERB considered a part of the minimum income requirement?

I can't find answer to this question anywhere.

Is someone able to find an answer if yes please also post a link to official website.

By the way the income requirement is for family class sponsor.

Minimum income for Grandparents/Parents? Or spouse?

That is incorrect. The only thing that would disqualify someone from sponsoring their family members would be receiving some type of social assistance, which CERB is not considered welfare. As for grandparent/parent program I will let a more experienced member comment.
