This a great topic!

I have the same concern as well.
My employer does not speak English, but my immediate supervisor knows a little bit of English i.e. can verify dates, salary and maybe duties in English. I worked there 5 years ago, I have not been in touch with them since then.

The company I worked for, they do not have a website. They were only 4 people at the time working there and that company is not active anymore. Same people working under a different name now. Is that an issue?

I am not concern about their answers and they can give me good feedback as they were happy with my performance. The only thing I could ask them now if I could get in touch with them, is to tell them to be prepared if somebody calls them. Is that enough?

Is pay stub necessary!? I worked there 5 years ago and I don't have pay stub?

What else should I be paying more attention to!?

Cheers,
Amin
You can only do what is in your power to do. If you don't have any physical proof today then that's unfortunate, but I wouldn't be surprised if CIC at least try and verify some of the information you've told them, like whether the company you're referring to even existed and perhaps try and contact some of the former directors. I would just try and dig up any supporting evidence you can. For example; your employment contract, company letters addressed to you as an employee, and if all else fails, maybe go into your bank and get a statement that includes a payment from the company? If you don't have the documents then there's nothing you can do about that, but CIC will want to see you've at least attempted to support your claim with real physical evidence.

I am in weird situation as well.

I have foreign experience with reference letter and company is ready to verify as well if needed, only thing I never showed that work information before when I applied to study or permit. Twice study permit, twice coop permit and one PGWP.

Now what if IRCC decide to verify post ITA information against those forms that I provided for study/work permit ? what are the chances of my application getting refused/rejected because of that ? what precaution I can take or logical reason I can provide for this situation ?

No precautions needed.

Each of those applications had specific purposes and you fulfilled their requirements based on information provided in those applications. None of those applications were contingent on your experience or the lack of it.

This application requires you to actively demonstrate and provide evidence of work experience hence you're providing the same here. No reasoning or explanations required for doing exactly as intended.

Hi Asivad, I have a query, while applying for study permit in the IMMXX form I mentioned my foreign work exp start as Jan 2009 and while applying for work permit I made mistake as April 2009. Now while applying for PR will they check the previous forms/files, will this be a case of misrepresentation?

No. And stick to the facts in your PR application.

They call to the person who has signed reference letter and that letter is in English. So it cannot be an excuse that my boss or HR do not speak English. If the ref letter is translated than one can say this.

How would they call? Its a twelve hour time difference. If they call everyone will be sleeping in my country.
Your PR file is delegated to different offices around the world. Say if you are applying from Pakistan the Visa office is usually London and the time difference there is 4 or 5 hours.

When we say "London office", are we talking about London UK or London Canada? I'm hoping it's London UK as I feel like people living in the UK will have sympathy for me trying to get blood out of the ministry of defence in regards to my job.

Yea that is what I suspect too but my company does not have their own domain name email adresses. They all use gmail. Do you think it would be a concern for CIC?
They may have local cic officers visiting your company directly, etc.

Dear all...I have worked for 2 year in a company where I receive payment inhand. What are the necessary documents I need to submit..?Morever the annual salary is much low, making it not to qualify for taxation. So how can I prove cic about the no tax income..? Also, the reference person which I have mentioned in the reference letter had resigned from the company, Which makes it difficult to get him in office contact, rather he would pick it up if call in Mobile. Therefore, will cic contact in both numbers or will it get messed up..??
