Does Cic Refused cases not checked in Express Entry completely

hi there I have a query that i have been refused under FSW in 2010 two times and i mentioned in while lodging the Express entry profile but i have not uci number so i didnt mentioned i have only file number so i leave the UCI number column blank.
After submitting the file it says profile Ilelgible yet it is elgible . what is the reason behind it
Shouldn I not mentioned in Express entry abt refusals .Pls. Help ,Your help will be highly appreciated !!!

Certainly the fact that you have been refused PR visa in the past is not what makes your profile ineligible. There must be other reason for that. Check your points again. BTW, not mentioning previous refusal in your application is a misrepresentation and you could be banned for 5 years from entering Canada for doing so.
