Does CIC have access to ROE?

I'm wondering whether CIC has access to the ROE that my employer would have submitted to Service Canada when I stopped working there.

The reason I am wondering is, I am considering whether to include work experience from a part time job that I held in the same industry, in my application.
I did this part time job when the weather prohibited work for my full time employer.

The problem is, I couldn't get a reference letter from this part time employer, so I decided just to erase it totally from the application, to avoid any suspicion.

Is this wise, or can the CIC still see my ROE from that employer, and only become more suspicious? What's the best course of action here guys.

Thanks for your help

What is ROE. You will be fine if you don't want to mention your part time in reference letter but at the same time your T4, NOA should support your pay that being mentioned in the reference letter.

Part-time jobs that are not part of the qualifying class do not have to be included. Only eligible jobs, i.e, your full time positions have to be included and referenced.

Thanks for the helpful answers guys.

The biggest part of my work experience was accumulated in 2014, and as far as I know, T4's are not yet available for 2014.
Do I just include the 2013 T4 slip, and then wait and see if CIC will request that 2014 one?

Part-time jobs certainly can be used to qualify for CEC class, they are eligible, as long as they are skilled.

Just because you can't get a letter is not a good reason to hide it - that is misrepresentation. You can always write a letter of explanation - you tried but were unable to get the letter of employment (if that is true). You don't necessarily have to "claim" it on Schedule 8 (although I think you should, there is no harm), but you MUST include it on your Background Declaration -
