Does CIC Customer care will have info on Medical status?

Hello,

Does anyone know if customer care will have any information on whether CIC has received the medicals or not?
My medicals were done about 3 months ago with Xray deferred.

20 days ago, we have completed Pending XRay but I see no updates that medicals are even received, let alone be passed.
Clinic says they did everything they need to do and nothing pending from their end...

They refused to tell me about my medical exam. CIC sad that we need to wait 6 months after AOR, until then no help from them.

P.S. I'm waiting for more than 4 months (no updates at all).
