Does cic ask for the refusal visas from schengen areas or just the us?

I asked many lawyers that cic just check the refusal visas from u.s mostly. Because the schengen countries not share the bio infos to other countries than their 26 europian memberance.
Its huge time and money to ask for everyones situation in other countries. I heard also if the cic serch your bio info on their system and find out you refused us visa the system directly bring up your infos. Whats your ideas about this matter?

You MUST declare any visa refusal, anywhere in the world. It's not relevant to your application how IRCC finds information about your past. It is sufficient to say that IRCC’s ability to detect misrepresentation is quite good.

If you don't declare a visa refusal, you can be certain that your application will be denied and you will probably be banned for misrepresentation. All major countries share this data.

Where did you read this that the major countries?? no my friend ircc have no access to schengen. I read the treats between the countries . Uk usa australia canada usa. Just share. If you see and ask anybody we never had this happend to anyone

Its never happened yet that send pfl to refusal schengen visas. Just us and canada have direct access to this issue. Im sure

No im saying this for people who has worries about this issue. But if everyone who has not mention the u.s refusal will face a problem and might recieve pfl on his application. Just it
