Does CIC ask for older university transcripts while evaluating PR application?

Hi Guys, I have recently submitted my PR application and here's my case : I came to Canada in 2015 fall and attended two terms of University program but since I didn't do so well I transferred to a 3 year college program. Note: I was enrolled as full time in both terms but my grades were abysmal in my second term. I didn't claim any points for it in my application but I have mentioned it in my education section with the comment "degree not awarded" because I didn't want any case of misrepresentation. I guess my question is will IRCC ask me for any transcripts for that university even though I didn't claim any points for it? if they do will the bad grades cause any issues? I didn't work during that period or even during the summer before which I enrolled in the college.

You might want to only mention completed education under education section. Cause not awarded does not mean incomplete.
And they should not care about earned marks, they are not evaluating one's efforts only conferrals'level.

Hey thanks for the reply! Sorry I think I used the wrong wording in the post. In the "Standing at the end of the period" I put down "Not complete" and it didnt ask me DLI number for this one whereas for my college diploma it did. I also put it down in my personal history. Since I already have my AOR I cant move this now. Should I send them a LOE?

Since you did not claim points for it should be irrelevant.
However obviously you didn't provide any evidence for "no points claimed education" thus it is logical that they don't waste both your times to corroborate it.

But it is very slightly a threat you advanced them with but shouldn't really be a problem.
