Gerry's SMS services allows you just a little help during the whole process ( its not very helpful too ) . You get SMS like these

how much time does it take for an offer of medical to be made???????? like any on average time in Pakistan?????

Although there is no time limit, but over all things have gotten better and the processing times are 8-12 weeks.
So its good news.
