Does CHC call for interview?

I have met with various people who applied for temporary Canadian visa during last two years. But CHC has not asked anyone for interview. I wonder does CHC has eliminated this option at all? Do you know anyone who received interview call from CHC?

in 2010 and before that chc islamabad used to call people for interviews. but after that in 2011 and this year I havent heard any body being
called for interview...
their processing time is too long nowadays and may be they are very lazy. they might think that calling someone for an interview is a time consuming process and would make vo tired..lol

Officially CHC do have an option to call candidates for interview but I have not seen any guy so far who is called for it. When VO feels the case is incomplete he rejects instead of calling for interview, these days.

They should replace the words " Most decisions" by " All decisions". I am not sure but it seems like they have not interviewed any single person since 2011.
