Does Canadian Travel Document need a visa, to stopover in UK?

I wonder if i need to apply for a direct airside visa to do a stopover (3-4 hours) in uk.
I have a travel document, blue one.
Issuing country: Canada
Birth:Kahramanmaras (TURKEY)

and if i do, where do i apply for a direct air-side visa.

Are you thinking of going outside? If not, you should be fine. Call the UK embassy and make sure just in case. Your airline might know something as well.
