Yes - there's a Jan 2019 intake. Pretty much all universities and colleges have one.

I have scored 6.0 band overall with no band less than 5.5 , and i have got offer letter from university of regina , so can i apply for visa for january 2019 intake and i had recently completed my 12th STD.

IELTS: 7.5 (L-8.5 R-8.5 S-6.5 W-6.5)
10th- 8.4 CGPA
12th- 86%

work experience: 6 months internship

Do you think i have a good chance of getting in ?
