Does Canada have only intakes in January and September ?

Greetings Everyone,

I will complete my Bachelors by December 2013 and I will receive my Final Transcript by Febuary 2014, the only concern is that i have to wait till September 2014 to get Admission in Master Programme.
Is there any Universitoes that takes admissions in May/June so that i can take admission right after completing my Bachelors. ?

P.S: I will be graduating as a Telecommunication Engineer so kindly guide me accordongly.

there are may/june semester in some universities but it is very rare and on those time they don't offer main courses also.

Does anybody knows what happen when student does not fulfills the IELTS condition (but have got student visa)? For example, program starts at September, and it is the only start date of program (next one is Sept next year!). Student has payed the fees, but cannot join the program unless he achieve acceptable IELTS score. Then what are the options? Withdraw from the program?
