Does Buffalo VO sends e-mail that the got Passport Dispatched?

All:

I received my PPR request in May 1st week, and sent my passport to Buffalo in May 2nd week. But till today, I have not received the passport back. I included a pre-paid envelope along with my passport, when I sent the passport. But, when I am checking the tracking number (of the envelope), no information is available.

Does any one know, if we get an e-mail when Buffalo VO sends our passports? How long it will take to get our passports back.
