Does Backlogs affect Tentative Decision

Hi,


I am in the application process of Masters Degree in Saint Mary University. I have a three year bachelor's degree and additionally, pursuing a PGDIBO from home country. In February, my examination held and now i got to know that i have backlogs in 3 subjects out of 6. I will reattempt in upcomjng june.

Coming to SMU, i have completed interview round and awaiting for results. I seek to know if my admission will be affected if i reveal backlogs. Will they cancel their tentative admission after hearing about my backlogs.

How would i hide them? Shall i request them to remove my post graduate diploma since i am not able to get results yet due to lockdown or i submit my results after I reach the university
