does back to back apply for the same intake causes a negetive impact?

i have got refused on 27 nov for univ category....
i have reapplied on 4 dec for the same course and univ...
my quetion is does the back to back apply after refusal causes any bad effect on the decesion???

No bad effects, but may not be of much use unless you have written a more effective SOP explaining the reasons of refusal earlier....people have got visas applying for same univ/same course but with just a stronger SOP, eg Navkaur.....she might be able to tell better.....
