Does anyone applied for study permit in the month of November, 2021 and received PPR?

I heard that now ppr is being received by persons who has applied before October 20.

Applications lodged on November end will take till February middle to get decision, is it true?

Talk to your university regarding this. Ask if we get refund if visa gets rejected while we are studying online. If it is in your favor, go for online else defer it.

Most universities have a drop dead refund date and a defer date. Make sure you get those dates.
Wait until 1-2 days before those dates and then defer. If IRCC gets their act together, you will be at advantage. They have been known to clear long student queues in last minute.
