Hi all, I am an international student in Canada. For some reasons, I have to contact CIC for some serious queries. When I call their number, it always in waiting. They don't pick the call. Can anyone please tell me how can I contact them to ask my queries? Is there anyone who contacted them and get the response?
Does anyone knows how to contact CIC regarding study permit?

Try early in the morning around 8:00am your local time. There is a good chance you will get someone between 8-8:30 and sometimes around 1-2:00pm
Yes. I call them in the morning. But I have called them in the afternoon during my lunch break too
Whenever I select the study section, they always say "We are experiencing high number calls, we cannot transfer your call".
you have to keep trying. i suggested times that have worked for me in the past.
I called them in the morning as you said. My call was successful after waiting period of 35 minutes. Thank you very much for your guidance.
