Does anyone know how to get information from the London Office???

Can anyone give me advice

I filled in IMM 1295 and validated it, then printed out and posted along with all relevant info and postal order on 4th October, I have not heard anything from London and every time I get through to someone the girl puts me on to a recorded message saying to look at website!! but the info I need is not on website!! I have an LMO, I am supposed to start work in BC next week and I am just trying to find out if London have my form??
