This is our second medicals we had to do because, the first one expired. We asked for an extension but my wife had to go through another chest x-ray. So instead of an extension we did the whole thing again. So does it make a difference or faster wait time for people doing their second medicals?

Nope, still 3/4 weeks for the IRMC to assess the medical and post the results.

Hi Samstar,

My spouse re medicals took almost 10 weeks to be posted on her file. But it may be a lot faster if you received IME forms from Nairobi because we did ours voluntarily as soon as I was aware the first one had expired.

I got a email from London. They received our medicals on march 27,
This is what they sent me.


Dear applicant,

Please contact your visa office (Nairobi) . Your wife's medical has been input into the sytem since the 3rd of April. Please inform them that it is an upfront medical underUF000568105 .

Regards CSU.


I think they finished my wifes medicals.
