You must be kidding, its just 2 months. The current waiting period is 4 to 5 1/2 months, depending on your application class. So keep waiting and good news will come !!!

what im trying to say is about the bg check and eligibility check...nothing was changed i mean i see some other guys here got their bg check or eligibility check goes to not needed this time...i was just wondering if i was not the only who havent got any changes in the past two months...and thank you for your reply...

My BG check was in progress all through the application process.

It's all quite normal, just because you don't see updates on MyCIC doesn't mean there isn't any work going on.

I'm CEC inland and I have exactly same situation. CIC requested PCC for RCMP in June 7th and I submitted after 5 days and nothing been changed since that day.

This is absolutely normal. My status didn't updated the entire period and remained In Progress state for most of the time at BG.

Sometimes it takes couple of weeks to update the status. They will update your application once they have reviewed and are satisfied with it.

I understand you are waiting for any news.
Have you tried applying for GCMS notes? I did and helped me rest easy, since I knew my application is somewhere along the process.
You will be able to see what has happened in the background. Since you are CEC, I am assuming you are in Canada.
