thanks for the response. So who specifically is my former employer addressing the reference letter to? I am in Nigerian and someone says that it should be addressed to Canadian high Commission Ghana. Kindly confirm if this is true.

I would suggest - do not lock it. Instead - address it to 'Citizenship and Immigration Canada'.

I didn't address my two reference letters to anyone. They were genera,l to whom it may concern, letters.

Hi. Based on online submission of transcripts for MPNP, am I expected to apply for my transcript from my University( ie addresed to me) and now upload it online while making MPNP application. Or is the transcript to be addressed to Manitoba Government. Please do assist with your suggestions

There is a forum for FSW. I believed u will get better information there. This is specific for CEC

u better confirm this from FSW forum because this is CEC base, we wont assure u anything here.
