I landed 20th May...received my PR card 7th July.
There has been a problem with photos, especially if they have been taken outside of Canada. Not every Country has the same quality of photos as Canada does. I had mine taken inside Canada by an immigration photographer, whom knew exactly what size and the fact he was not to handle the pictures at all, as this causes problems when they are scanned onto the PR card.
Some photos are being returned because of poor quality or wrong size and some have to go through a wash process because the person sending them has handled them too much.
So to anyone that is in the process of getting your photos done.....make sure you are very, very careful about the quality and the size requirements. It is extremely important and speeds up the PR card time line.
