Does anyone got this email from Mon Project Quebec 2016

I have already courier my Demand draft of 773cad and its delivered in Quebec, But still online application shows pending to pay the fees. I am awaiting for the status to change. Today I have received the following email,

Votre demande de Certificat de sélection du Québec a bien été soumise le 13 juin dernier. Il est important de vous assurer de payer les frais exigés en ligne ou par la poste dans les 30 jours suivant la soumission de votre demande.

Pour le paiement en ligne, veuillez retourner dans votre compte Mon projet Québec et entrer vos informations de paiement.

Pour le paiement par la poste, vous devez imprimer la Fiche d'accompagnement qui est disponible dans votre compte Mon projet Québec à la page Mon dossier et l'inclure dans votre envoi.

Nous vous rappelons que nous prendrons contact avec vous lorsque nous aurons besoin de documents de votre part. Pour l'instant, vous n'avez pas besoin de nous transmettre de documents. Got that email too. But have mine through credit card, what is the meaning of emails like that? Im worried..

That's just a general e-mail sent to everyone who sent the application on June 13th. It's just a reminder for those who didn't pay the fees yet. If you already payed it, don't worry about it.

I, too, received the same mail.

However, I have yet not paid application fees. I am trying to pay it from Mon Projet but could not get any link to pay online.

Can anyone guide how to pay fee online through Mon Projet or have to pay by DD only.

I have send 773cad through Demand draft through DHL courier and its already delivered last monday, still online application remains the same. would it get changed within 18 days?because today it says 18days to pay the fees. I am worried about it.

You should have opted for paying by credit or debit card. Clearance of a DD depends on the financial institution Quebec immigration banks with and your financial institution.

But in the website we had options, and already choose Demand Draft option and its delivered too.Wont they update it?Took alot of effort to reach this stage.. awaiting for the online status change.

Option is provided. I agree. But, you should have crosschecked to know how long it takes for an international DD to be processed. Nothing to worry now. Just relax and keep watching for change in status. In addition give them a call next week to check whether they received funds.

I HAVE TRIED TO RING THEM, BUT GOT IN FRENCH RECORDED VOICE MESSAGE, LATER IT TURN TO ENGLISH BUT WASNT CONNECTING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE, DO YOU KNOW THE RIGHT NUMBER TO RING THEM?

ok men you have to call in laboral hour it's Canada Time not another one. I have the same problem than you but i already payed by Credit Card. the last message is because they recived your pay
