Does anyone get approval for study permit during cov-19 period?

No i don't think there is anything like that it is just they are not granting Visa right nowHello every one. I just heard the refusal rate of study permit is quite high during cov-19 period. And I don’t know the reason why it happen.
Just wanna ask if anyone still get approval of study permit now?
I think it can give some hope to others
but if they are not granting visa, they can postpone or pending the application, why still reject? i am confused, haha..
when can we expect that to happen, or any type of confirmation related to our application ..

Cheer up, you are not alone. They are not releasing positive decisions because they were not processing any temporary resident application. According to latest post from IRCC, processing will resume on July 1 but travel restrictions remain in place until July 31, 2020 at least for now. We are unsure if this is the final extension of travel ban or whether they have plans to extend it again after July 31.
