Does Any one received any Medical email from CIC today on 20-feb-2013?

I am from karachi, PK
Does Any one received any Medical email from CIC today on 20-feb-2013. If yes then what about appointment From IOM.

Today i called to IOM karachi for appointment and they said that the rules are change, Now every one should show their original passport on the test date. The IOM asked me to bring my original Passport on the test date, but the question is that i have not my original passport it is in Canadian high commission. So my question is that How can i bring my original passport?? Please guys help me......

Passport is not compulsory! Proper identification (proof of identity must include at least one document with photograph and signature
such as a passport, driver's license or national identity card). Hope it helps.

I got 25, actually they will not take medical test on Friday, sat and sunday so they give me on 25 monday. and yes to much rush just becasue of city situation. i call on 4:30 pm. Dude did you also got medical??

Also has appointment on Monday...and they said about the passport too...but my passport is in Islamabad. How I can take that passport....

Are you going to send an email to Islamabad Visa office? My plan is to go without passport with only ID card.

Hello Ali,

I also had similar case. I applied my visa application for study permit with my spouse in TRV on feb 5. We both received the medical request via email on Feb 13 and still the tracking status shows, our passport is received in CIC delhi and is under processing. We have completed our medical tests and while submitting online, the system asks for original passport viewed or not by the doctor. After lot of confusion the doctor viewed our citizenship certificate( I am from Nepal) as our passport is still in Delhi and ironically still the doc is confused whether it can be considered as national identity or not. However the doc sent our medical reports just today together with an email to CIC describing about our case. I am confused and worried about the outcome but happy that the medical has been sent online. What's happening I am really confused. anyone Please suggest me if this is the right way?
