Dear Friend,

If an employee lodge a complaint against its present employer for illegal termination from job and
not clearing the dues on time in his/her own nation and at the same time he/she receives their PR Visa for Canada.
Do they still need to intimate CIC for the same,or it doesn't matter as they have already got the PR but not landed in canada.

Seniors plz put some light in it .

Thanks & Regards,
Tom

CIC wouldn't have any interest to know such updates...

Thanks you so much for your revert ...
but what if the employer or anyone else approaches CIC for all those legal disputes.

Tom

Why would they?

And even if they do so...why would CIC think it prudent to get entangled in some personal legal dispute...for which they have no stake in?

CIC has no interest in it. Dont worry. It is not an immigration issue. However, make sure that you handle this well when you join a new company.
