Does a PGWP holder have a chance to get ITA after WP expires?

So, I'm on a PGWP which expires in May, I'm currently residing and working full time in Canada. I applied for PR through EE in Jan. 2015. I'm neither eligible for PNP nor my company is willing to get a LMIA for me. So, if I have to leave after my WP expires in May, I'll automatically lose my job but I'll remain in the EE pool until Jan. 2016. Do I still have a chance to get ITA if I lose my job and leave Canada? Will the fact that I've lost my job affect my EE score?

No because you were eligible at that time you will still be in pool but not sure if they will let you back in because you are now here illegally

no but I'm still eligible for PR under CEC, right? Cause I have more than 1 year of full time work experience. If they give me an ITA and I submit my docs, they migh give me a PR and in this case, I'll be able to come back to Canada and get a new job. The question is, do I still have a chance to get ITA?

As long as you are eligible for any one of FSW, FSTW or CEC you can apply again and be in the next year's pool. I dont see any reason why being in the pool should be affected, if you lose your job or not remaining in Canada.

but I'm not sure if this affects my score. If I lose my job, will my score go down? Cause if it does, I might never get an ITA because of a low score.

Don't think it would affect your score because all you have right now is the human CRS scores that makes up your 450. Having a valid job offer is additional 600 points, which most PGWPs don't get as of now and which is the main issue under discussion on this forum and elsewhere.

I think there is no definite for your case right now except waiting :(. If you get ITA before May, then you can get a bridging open work permit. Hopefully, the points will drop by then cause a lot of international students are like you right now. If not , then I am afraid you have to leave Canada. Worst case, you can go back to school to get your student permit to extend your stay here in Canada

Technically you will be eligible for both CEC and FSW. You just need to change your country of residence after you leave Canada. I am sure you will get ITA once the score drops.
