In this context, can any of the following help to prove the physical residence : tax return notifications, credit card history , rent payments (cheques pictures), a health insurance and doctor visit records , phone bills, and similar things , and how to use these evidences , should one submit them with the application or waiting until being asked .
Mostly follow the instructions.

Mostly wait for requests to submit additional documents.

For now none of these are requested with the application. Notices of Assessment or other CRA documents are requested when applying to renew/replace a PR card. My sense is that CIC is holding off on further changes to the citizenship application form until after amendments to section 5(1) come into effect, which amendments will make compliance with tax filing laws an element of qualifying . . . so when the new residency requirement takes effect, the application will probably require inclusion of tax documents, like the NoA.

Generally it is best to follow the instructions, best to not submit additional information or documentation. I did submit copies of all four years' worth of NoAs, but I had what I thought was then a particular reason for doing so (self-employed). I have no idea if it made any difference at all, but at least it did not hurt (I was scheduled to take the oath barely eight months after applying).

For someone issued RQ, in contrast, most of these documents become important, and all are at least relevant.
