My brother in law has just received his student visa. He plans to come with his wife (who is on a working visa) and his 8 year old son, who has been given a visitor visa. My question is about his son: Should his 8 year son visa be changed (to a stduent visa or another type of visa) once they arrive in Canada?
Does a Dependant visa for a 8 year old needs to be changed once in Canada?
