We got B1/B2 visa USA, but just 2 weeks before we travel my husbands executive course was cancelled and we did mistake of travelling as we had holidays approved so thought we hv b2 visa as well but at port they objected tht we shouldn't travel n put 5 years bars ...

I jutt got letter of confirmation from MCGILL i got admission in masters and its canada's top university... I had very good academic records... Moreover immigration don't want to apply as we r interested in studying and after masters n phd will apply fr immigration within canada.... My husband was refused assylum as he was in safe third country( Africa) now he has got very good job US3500$ per month and he wants to travel with us by applying open work permit as we have infant baby ...we are going to Quebec we will apply for CAQ first thn CIC... Does it make chances for visas??? We will cleaaly mention in visa application that after masters will enroll in phd... By the way im food technologist and its in skill select category too ....
We have little chances for visa i know .... But what u think shud we go ahead??? Or we should go for denmark as applied to denmark university as well...

An immigration or permanent resident application will not be affected.
Temporary permits or visas will be affected.
Ensure that any refusals/deportations/etc are disclosed to avoid misrepresentation.
