Does 67 point criteria still available for fsw category.

Hello All I am a PR( landed 2015 pr card expired in 2020 )but not meeting Ro. I want to know does 67 pt criteria still available.Also what type of american visa do I need if I want to try land border crossing from USA. to Canada. Valuable responses appreciated.

Yes, the 67 points still applies. However then you also need to score around 470 CRS points under the new Express Entry system.

You would most likely need a B2 visa to enter the US.
 
ok 67 points score will enable you to activate your Express entry profile (it is the bare minimum you need to fullfill plus EE language requirement). But by itself it is usually not enough to get ITA
 
Thanks for reply. I am considering PR renounce but I don't know the process. Pls help with the steps. Can I renounce it online and where do I need to send the documents in India.
