I am also sitting at 451. I gave celpip test again today. Not sure what will be the result..................

I tried celpip twice... but nothing changed, writing and speaking are so hard to improve! Hope you can get extra points though.

Im only getting 441 in the CRS tool should i even bother?

Basing my assumption on past trend, it seems unlikely for the score to go below 450 anytime soon. As per the last draw the cutoff CRS score for ITA was 457. You can find the update here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/mi/index.asp?expand=mi-pr-express#mi-pr-express

But, if you think by improving your IELTS score, you stand a chance of increasing your score, then may be you can contemplate about that option. You can try this calculator, see how much a difference does it make to your score, if you try varying your IELTS score https://www.canadavisa.com/comprehensive-ranking-score-calculator.html.

All the best!

Dude, I selected the highest possible IELTS score bro :/. in both the tools im getting the same score 441. Do you think i may have a chance with OINP, the immingration consultant told me that i might get through OINP

Since your CRS score is 400+, you are eligible to receive PT Notification of Interest from OINP. As per the trend that we have seen, you should get an invite within a week or two. In case you don't, I would suggest you to create a new EE profile. This worked for many applicants, they got Ontario PT Notification of Interest for Nomination within a week of creating a new EE profile. In fact, OINP also suggests candidates to do so as per their update dated November 24, 2015 (given below).

"It has come to our attention that technical issues may have resulted in candidates not receiving Notification of Interest (NOI) though they believe they meet the criteria for Ontario’s Express Entry streams. If you believe you fall into this category and have not received an NOI within one month of submitting your EE profile, we encourage you to create a new profile in the EE system. If you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile."

You can find the full update here. http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html

The other provinces which you can target through Express Entry are given below, you need to select these provinces under 'Application Details' in your Express Entry profile. Each has its own requirements, you can refer to the links.

You can refer to this link for the answer to your question http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/can-we-apply-to-more-than-1-provincial-nominee-program-t388887.0.html

It is a personal choice. If you feel you are capable and can do the research on your own, everything is available on the net and forums like this. If you feel you do not have time and would need someone to guide you and most important of all, you don't mind spending some money to get advise, then I would say you can get help from immigration lawyers.

I'm sitting at 452, and the score dropped to 453 on Jan. 13th, so I barely missed by 1 point. Last draw went up to 457, so I'm hoping it comes back down to around 450 in the near future. My birthday is coming pretty soon, which would drop my points a bit, so I'm going the provincial route as well to be on the safe side. If you're at 451, and you have time on your side (i.e. not going to lose points due to age anytime soon) you can probably sit tight and have a little patience, you'll most likely get selected sooner of later through the draw.
