Does 1+1 year of study mean 3 years work permit ?

Hello I need some help ,

I am recent graduate (B Comm) and so very depressed and confused.
I want to do a post grad program but there is none available other then Global Business which I don't want to do.

What if I do 1 year diploma + 1 Year diploma (Or Ontario Graduate Certificate) ?

Will I be qualified for 3 years work permit ?

Please guide if someone has gotten a 3 years work permit after 1+1 year Ontario grad certificate ?
