hai friends ?

what are all the 40 documents(like medical certificate, academic certificates..) need to submit for immigration? please answer me.

Documents are mostly tailored to the specific applicant. However, there are a few general documents which you need:

1.) ECA
2.) IELTS
3.) Work Experience Reference letters.
4 ) Police Certificates
5.) Bank Statements/Proof of Funds

Like I said, CIC might request additional documents based on the information you provide.

Not sure where you got this count of 40 from ?

For EE , you require the following:
1) Reference Letter from employer
2) Assessment of your education (ECA)
3) Police certificates for every country you hv reside for 6 months or more
4) Medical - need to be done after getting ITA
5) bANK letter to show you have sufficient funds

If you are married and if you are claiming pts for your spouse as well, then you would need 2, 3 and 4 for her as well.

Birth certificate for children, if any. Marriage certificate
If you have a relative in Canada who is a PR or citizen, then their PR card or passport along with their birth cert or passport (or any other document) that shows proof of relationship with them.

thank you brother or sister. but my consultant said they ask 40 documents like medical and so on.......then im not married, i dont have realative in canada. but im collapsed regarding the documents submission :'(

You do not need a consultant to apply for Canada. You would need to spend few minutes everyday in this forum and you'll know all that is needed to apply by yourself.

No need to spend lots of money for consultant. it will spoil your money, specially if you go with this type consultant. Follow this forum and take the actions. If you get any help from here, you can distribute all the money (you are going to pay to your consultants) to this forum.

Your "consultant" exaggerates, and in most cases, you have to obtain the documents yourself. Your consultant cannot get your medical for you : ) CIC gives you a document checklist, and if you have questions, people can asnwer them on this forum.

I dont think ECA is needed for EE under CEC... is this correct??
