Documents towards e-APR submitted in October

Hello Everyone,

Our Canada PR application is Midway.I am the primary applicant and currently 36 weeks pregnant; my husband is the dependent.We received the ITA in August and submitted all documents towards e-APR except my x-ray report in October within the cut-off date.Im due in April and haven't heard from the IRCC on the status of my application.The timeline for processing as per the updated CIC status is reflecting as April 21st. Given my status should I be
1.writing to them proactively
or
2.Wait until the timeline of April 21st to hear from them
3.Notify CIC as soon as the baby is born.

There's no point contacting them now. Your application is on hold due to the fact that you didn't submit a complete medical, i.e. missing x-ray.
Your application will only move forward after you give birth and submit your x-ray

Thank you for your response.. could you please guide me on the next steps to take my application forward after the baby is born?
What are the documents required to add the new born as a co-applicant

You'll need the birth certificate and passport for your child. You'll also need to complete your own x-ray.
Contact IRCC via web form after you give birth and obtain documents for your baby. They will reply with detailed instructions
