Documents to strengthen case for PR renewal

I have met the requirements of 730 days in the last five years.
Since I came in through the border on July 2, 2012, there is no entry stamp? Would this create an issue in calculating the number of days or the border post would have recorded the entry to enable the processing department to verify my claim.
Should I send additional documents than those requested in the Document checklist - such as:
1. Driving licenses G1 issued on July 5, G2 in August 2012 and G in August 2013.
2. mobile phone purchase (receipt & subscription agreement) on July 3, 2012
3. current employment confirmation letter (since july 2013)
I don't want to overkill nor keep them calculating.

Don't worry about the entry stamp. CIC will collect the information from CBSA.
It is always useful to submit any additional documents to support your physical presence in Canada.

Another question - my current passport is 4 years and 3 months old and is the only passport that supports my stay for the last 730 days and more.
Would it still be important to submit all pages of the earlier passport as it does not support my case, but (on the contrary) provides additional information of my time outside the country.
Appreciate your insights.

You must show 5 years back from the date you sign the application, so yes, you must include pages from previous passport to get to that 5 years.

Applied for my PR on urgent basis (submitted airline ticket) and received my PR in 10 days - had 745 days in the country. Submitted the following documents
Primary Identity Document
1. Indian Passport Copy
Secondary Identity Document
1. Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM5292)
2. Driving License
Additional Documents of Proof of Residence
1. Photocopy of current passport
2. Cancelled Old Passport
3. Income Tax Assessments (2011, 2012, 2013)
4. Employment Confirmation Letter
5. Certificates from Humber College and Acces Employment
