hello experts need your suggestions

i and my husband got pr invitation. me as dependent and my husband is the main applicant.

we got a checklist of documents to be submitted in which they asked for the passport with first and last page and stamps and visa etc.

my question is

i had pr in 2006 and it got expired and even i lost my pr status

i had US visa in 2006 which is also expired

even my passport was expired and i renewed it now.

do i need to submit all those expired visas and stampings of my landing in canada and usa which was 10 years back?

or do i need to just submit the newly renewed passport 1st and last page ?

just latest is fine...
unless your passport is like less than 1 yr old without any visas or stamps in it then i would recommend adding both passports, but otherwise latest one is enough.

how many years old is your new passport ?

it was recently renewed last month
in order to add my spouse name into it.

before that i renewed it in 2016 november as it got expired.

now again 1 month back i renewed to add spouse name after marriage

i think in your case add all 3 passports, last 2 of your passports are just too new...
dont want to be in a situation where they ask for scan copies of old passports, it will just delay the application.

write an LOE explaining why you put 3 passports, just add BIO pages for passport 2 and 3, and full passport for # 1.

and also i didn't required any passport at that moment as i did not travel any where from past 10 years

to be safe upload all passport and all pages with stamps and visas.

yeah submit all passports, and submit an LOE explaining everything also...

BTW the size limit for uploads is 4MB, if the file exceeds that limit, compress the pdf using any online tool... i use ilovepdf usually.

Please guide me what to skip/add to avoid complications
In passport section I am uploading
Old passports bio page
1st) valid upto 2007
2) valid from 2014-2024
3) valid from 2016-2026
4) valid from 2017-2027
Explanation in the cover letter why I renewed my passport so many times .
Firstly I was born in Mumbai Maharashtra India there they include father name beside child name and I got PR in 2006 when I was minor with same name as in the passport which is taken in Mumbai by my parents .
Later all my education and further studies took in Telangana India.
There they don't include father name beside child name and so all my education documents has only my first and last name.
I renewed my passport in 2014 to apply for prtd but I renewed it as per my old passport because my PR card has name as per my old passport I don't want to confuse the officer and applied for prtd but they anyhow refused it because I didn't meet the obligation
I didn't go for appeal and in 2016 I somehow planning to apply for PR from scratch.So I corrected my name by just my first and last name according to my documents and my current living state rules.so I renewed it again .
In 2017 I got married and renewed my passport again to add my spouse name to my passport
So when I was minor name was Priya Naren Bhee
Naren is father name which is added by Maharashtra government.
Priya Bhee is the current name my first and last name .As per my documents and Telangana state rule.

This is the cover letter which includes the details.
Along with the passports.
I am including my USA visa stamp which got expired in 2012.
Canada expired PR card.
PR travel document refusal letter.
Landing stamps in my old passport in Canada and USA when I was minor .

Is this would be clear to the officer ?
Does the change of my name would be a issue?
Creating too many passports would be a issue?

wow that was quite detailed just make sure wordings and format is in order before you send the LOE.

changing name and creating too many passports is absolutely no issue, since you have a proper explanation for everything
