Sounds good. Though I don't think you need to send your Original Job Description/Reference letter at this point. A photocopy should be enough...though CIO doesn't ask for it specifically. All the best!

From what I understand, you dont even have to submit the IELTS results at this point.

Yes u dnt need IELTs and Ref Lettesr at this stage.

Kindly follow teh checklist for the same.

It should be Forms and Passport Photocopies of all the members who are applying for Immigration.

Yes Meena is right. Just forms, Biodata page of PP, checklist, mailing stickers and IELTS result copy if you have already given IELTS (not mandatory)

You only need Applicant's Passport Bio-dat page, do not require for additional family members at the initial application to CIO, Sydney.

- Passport Copy - Bio Data Page Principal Applicant only
- All forms filled
- 2 self addressed mailing labels
- Fee Payment
- Fee Payment Form - IF paying fee via credit card.
- Job Description/Reference Letter from the Employer (to prove that the job is in 38 NOC list) Not asked but you can send it if you feel that it will make your case more stronger

come on guys why should there be so much confusion. The have a checklist and case cant become stronger if some document which is not even mentioned is to be sent with initial package.

Yes!!
The Fee Payment Form needs to be filled out by all applicants applying in the FSW class.

If paying using Bank Draft, just choose the options for Bank Draft on the form and only fill out Section A of this form.

Follow these steps to complete the form-

1. Fill out the table in Step 1 (depending on how many people are accompanying you)
2. Check the box "Certified Cheque, Bank Draft or Money Order in Step 4
3. Complete Section A of the form. DO NOT fill in Section B.
