Documents stamps and attestation

Hi all

I live in Saudi Arabia and preparing my documents for Canada immigration through ExpEntry/PNP.

I have few questions

1- Should I attest my documents from the Saudi ministry of foreign affairs?
2- Should the copies of original documents be stamped as “True Copy of Original”?
3- Should my previous work contracts be signed and stamped in each single paper?
